Understanding the state of an environment could require checking product versions, system availability, scheduled maintenance, usage metrics, and support tickets independently. Majesco needed a marketplace that could bring its growing ecosystem of APIs and partner solutions into a single experience—making it easier for insurers to discover new capabilities while giving technology partners a place to publish and distribute their services. Solution I designed EcoExchange as a centralized API marketplace built specifically for the insurance industry. The information needed to identify these issues was complex and spread across multiple areas of the platform. Customers needed a way to quickly understand the overall health of their environment, identify potential problems, and determine what needed to be addressed. Solution I designed HealthCheck as an environment scanning and monitoring application that provides customers with a centralized view of their platform health.
